The RX safety plan is tailored to meet your needs. For a refundable charge of $50 we will send you a kit with a selection of 6 of our most popular frames. When you are done using the frames, you may return them for refund or you may keep them for future use.

We have different kits designed to meet the needs of different workplace usage. A general one, one for splash and particulate hazards, one for heavy industries and one with economy in mind. All of our glasses are very reasonably priced and as a corporate customer you will receive special handling in our lab and will have your own customer service representative to expedite your orders.

We also send a personalized order form and instructions on how to order the glasses. The form can be taken to the eye doctor or you can fill it out yourselves. A sample can be viewed here (>> click here). Included with this is a measuring gage for people who need bifocals and instructions to use it. Once they are ordered our lab completes them in a week to ten days and we return them to you.
